Cultivating Inner Balance with Mindfulness, IFS, and Ketamine‑Assisted Therapy

Offering trauma‑informed, mindfulness‑based psychotherapy that helps you build a more compassionate relationship with your inner world.

Through Mindfulness‑Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychedelic‑informed care, we work collaboratively to support emotional regulation, psychological flexibility, and resilience in the face of stress, pain, and uncertainty.

Rather than forcing calm or trying to get rid of difficult emotions, our work focuses on strengthening your capacity to meet experience as it is—with awareness, curiosity, and care. Together, we explore the patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, and body, and cultivate new ways of relating that feel more grounded, authentic, and aligned with your values.

How I Work

A woman in a white dress smiling and standing in a lush green forest with tall trees and sunlight filtering through the leaves.

My approach integrates evidence‑based mindfulness practices, including MBSR, with the contemplative traditions from which mindfulness originates. In therapy, mindfulness becomes a practical skill: noticing what is happening in the present moment, without judgment, so you can respond with greater clarity and choice instead of automatic reactivity.

I also draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), which understands the mind as a system of “parts” that have developed to protect you in different ways. In this work, you are not seen as broken; your parts are approached with respect, helping you access your innate Self‑energy—calm, compassionate, and capable of leading your internal system with greater ease.

For clients engaged in or curious about psychedelic work, I offer preparation and integration therapy grounded in IFS, mindfulness, and cultural humility. I support clients in reflecting on past experiences, preparing for treatments in appropriate settings, and integrating insights into daily life in a safe, structured, and clinically sound way.
